In June 2017 an Application for a Planning Permit was submitted to the Minister for Planning and in September 2018 Planning Permit PA1700251 was issued.
Due to a change on the turbine model an amendment to PA1700251 was sought in March 2019 and Planning Permit PA1700251-A was issued in April 2020.
Following this, a second amendment to the Planning Permit was sought by BayWa r.e. to include a new meteorological mast on site.
