Project Location
The wind farm site is located approximately 19 km west of Nhill, Victoria and is bounded by Diapur-Lawloit Road to the east and by private land parcels to the north, west and south.
The area where the wind turbines will be installed is shown in the map below and consists of privately owned land that is used primarily for cropping and grazing.
This site has been chosen because it receives undisturbed wind flow with strong, consistent wind speeds, is in close proximity to the electrical grid, and there are large setbacks to nearby dwellings.
